ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM
All abstracts must be reviewed and approved by the conference organizers.
SPEAKERS: If your abstract is not accepted, you may be invited to submit it as a poster.
PANELISTS/MODERATORS: No abstract is needed. Enter “NA” or “none” in Abstract Title field, then let us know if we currently have permission to post your name on BEBPA material (website, agendas, etc.) by selecting the appropriate permission level. You may return to this form to update the permission level when it changes.
DEADLINES: BEBPA always has a preliminary abstract submission deadline for each conference which is widely promoted on our Social Media and in marketing emails. We are very happy to receive abstract submissions past this deadline. If the conference agenda is full at the time of your abstract submission, we will offer you the following three options:
- You are placed on a waiting list for the current conference, in case of last-minute speaker cancellations.
- You are invited to speak at the conference in the following year.
- You are invited to present a rapid-fire talk at the current hybrid/virtual conference.
