Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor for one of BEBPA’s scientific conferences. BEBPA is a non-profit organization which organizes conferences for educational purposes. Each conference will provide you with a unique opportunity to meet your potential clients in a scientific setting. We rely on our exhibitors to help keep our conference rates affordable.
BEBPA’s 2025 conferences are scheduled as HYBRID events. Each hybrid event provides both virtual and in-person options for you to choose from. These events include:

Level Comparisons
Contributions or gifts to BEBPA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor.

Diamond is the highest level available.

Platinum
Platinum is the second-highest exhibitor level.

Gold
Gold is the third level available.
Price: $7,500
Silver
Silver is the first in-person level available.
Price: $5,000
Virtual
Virtual is our only entirely virtual option.
