Transportation Options
Flying into Denver International Airport (DIA) for BEBPA? Getting to Boulder is straightforward, with several transportation options depending on your arrival time, luggage, and travel preference.
When you arrive: baggage claim is located in Jeppesen Terminal. After collecting your luggage, follow signs toward the The Westin Denver International Airport for ground transportation, ticket kiosks, and transit access.
Public Transportation Options:
Option 1: Direct Bus to Boulder
The easiest public transit option is the AB1 bus, which travels directly from the airport to Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station.
- Cost: $10 USD each way
- Travel time: varies depending on traffic
Tickets can be purchased at airport kiosks or in advance through RTD Tap and Ride. Tickets can be stored on your phone and scanned directly on board.
Option 2: Train to Denver + Bus to Boulder
You can also take the train from DIA to Union Station in downtown Denver, then transfer to a bus heading to Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station.
- Cost: $10 USD each way
- Travel time: depends on connection timing and traffic
This is a good alternative if schedules line up well with your arrival.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a more direct trip, taxis and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available from the airport.
- Typical drive time to Boulder: 45–60 minutes
- Cost: varies based on time of day, traffic, and demand
For attendees arriving late, traveling with multiple bags, or simply wanting the easiest door-to-door option, this is often the most convenient choice.
