The hotel is located off US-36, a half mile from the University of Colorado Boulder. Pearl Street Mall and Downtown Boulder are five minutes away, and we’re 10 miles from Eldorado Canyon State Park.

A room block is reserved at the group rate of $219 USD for a single or double room, plus applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.685% per night. The room reservation deadline is Friday, May 1, 2026. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the best available rate. The room block will most likely be filled BEFORE the deadline; we recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodation well BEFORE the May 1, 2026 deadline. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder does require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Room types are not guaranteed and are based on availability when the individual reservation is made. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled 48 hours before your arrival for a full refund.
