A room block is reserved at the group rate of 180 EUR for a single, standard room and 200 EUR for a double, standard room per night. The room rates includes a buffet breakfast per person and 10% VAT per room. The room reservation deadline is Friday, 28 August 2026. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the best available rate. To make room reservations, please use the link provided below.

The room block will most likely be filled BEFORE the deadline; we recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodation well BEFORE the 28 August 2026 deadline. The Hotel Meliá Sevilla does require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled 72 hours before your arrival for a full refund.

NOTE: Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
