Hotel Information
A room block is reserved at the group rate of 180 EUR for a single, standard room and 200 EUR for a double, standard room per night. The room rates includes a buffet breakfast per person and 10% VAT per room. The room reservation deadline is Friday, 28 August 2026. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the best available rate. To make room reservations, please use the link provided below.
The room block will most likely be filled BEFORE the deadline; we recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodation well BEFORE the 28 August 2026 deadline. The Hotel Meliá Sevilla does require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled 72 hours before your arrival for a full refund.

Getting To Seville
The easiest way to reach Seville is by flying into Seville Airport (SVQ). If direct flights are limited from your location, consider flying into Madrid (MAD) or Barcelona (BCN) and connecting to Seville via a short domestic flight or Spain’s high-speed AVE train. If arriving by train, you’ll arrive at Seville Santa Justa Station, located just 10–15 minutes from the city center by taxi or local bus, making it easy to reach your hotel or the conference venue.
