A room block is reserved at the group rate of 187 EUR for a single, standard room; 212 EUR for a single, lake-view room; 206 EUR for a double, standard room; and 250 EUR for a double, lake-view room per night. The room rates include a buffet breakfast, VAT, wireless internet access, and use of the swimming pool. Additional room charges include a tourist tax (3,13 EUR per person, per day) and an administrative fee of 2,50 EUR per person, upon check-in. The room reservation deadline is Saturday, 12 April 2025. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the best available rate.

The room block will most likely be filled BEFORE the deadline; we recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodation well BEFORE the 12 April 2025 deadline. The Rikli Balance Hotel does require a credit card to guarantee your reservation. Reservations made for the hotel need to be cancelled 72 hours before your arrival for a full refund.
