A room block is reserved at the group rate of KRW 290,00 for a single room ($197 USD; €168 EUR) and KRW 320,000 for a double room ($217 USD; €185 EUR). The above room rates include a buffet breakfast in Restaurant 8 on the lobby level. The above rates are quoted on a per room, per night basis and are subject to 10% government tax. The room reservation deadline is Friday, 2 October 2026. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the best available rate. The room block will most likely be filled BEFORE the deadline; we recommend that attendees book their hotel accommodation well BEFORE the 2 October 2026 deadline.
