Attendee Cancellation Policy
Attendee cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@bebpa.org. Attendee substitutions are accepted after contacting the BEBPA representative at accounts@bebpa.org.
- Refund requests submitted on or before 4 weeks prior to the conference start date will receive a 85% refund of their registration fee.
- Refund requests submitted between 2 to 4 weeks prior to the conference start date will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.
- Refund requests submitted less than 2 weeks prior to the conference start date will receive no refund.
All attendee cancellations will be processed, and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the conference.
Contributions or gifts to BEBPA are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions, however, they may be tax-deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor.
