Platinum Benefits
As a Platinum Exhibitor, your tabletop display will be in-person at the conference(s). Your organization may send up to two representatives to attend the conference, receive all-access badges to our talks/workshops and create connections with other attendees or organizations.
Your organization may have up to two posters. Your organization will be on designated marketing pieces, your logo will be on BEBPA’s webpage and on our hybrid platform, and your biography will be highlighted on our webpage. Your organization will also be a host of BEBPA’s Welcome Reception the evening of Day 1 (max 2 organizations).

- Virtual Exhibit Booth with the ability to send the link to anyone
- In-Person Exhibit Space

Exhibitors at any level now have the opportunity to sponsor either pens or lanyards with their logos on them for each conference. The organization which sponsors the pens, may not purchase the lanyards and vice versa. Exhibitors will be responsible for providing the pens and/or lanyards. Instructions for shipping as well as quantity will be given at a later date.
