I agree to disclose any current affiliations with companies that may have a commercial interest in the conference or its attendees, especially if my role as a committee member could be used to promote that interest or discredit competitors. I understand that any such conflicts will be reviewed to ensure they do not compromise the goals or reputation of the event. I understand that disclosure does not automatically disqualify me from volunteering.
